Saint Louis has an awesome children's museum called The Magic House. My good friend Marie got a membership there recently, and I have greatly benefitted from it. The Magic House memberships have an option to add an extra adult for only $10 more. Most people use it for grandparents or nannies, but Marie let me add myself onto her membership. Callum is young enough that he is still free, so this way Callum and I can enjoy attending The Magic House with Marie and Isaac all winter long! There is an entire section for babies and toddlers that Callum just loves! He loves the tiny playground set, the tiny ball pit, the maze of mirrors, and, most especially, the water area! In the water area there is a table with two little built-in baby seats where I can sit him and he can just play with the water and the toys in front of him. He always ends up soaked and loving every minute of it! The boy loves water---swimming pools, baths, and now this! Monday was The Magic House's members-only Halloween event, which we attended with Marie, Isaac, and Owen (my good friend Ann's baby who Marie babysits twice a week while Ann is at work). It was very crowded, but very fun, and the boys stole the show with their cuteness! We tried to capture the moment, but, as you can see, trying to take a posed picture of three kids under the age of two can be a little bit tricky. :) Thanks for letting us mooch off of you, Marie! We love The Magic House . . . and you guys!
