Nursery

Callum tried nursery for the first time on Sunday.  They said we could bring him in for a little short trial run.  He ended up staying for everything but the lesson, which we pulled him out of as a courtesy since he was busying trying to pull other kids out of their chairs.  He loved it.  Loved it!  He didn't seem to even notice that he was missing his morning nap!  I think we have an extremely social creature on our hands. Most kids cry their first day in nursery.  They miss their moms and ask for their parents.  Callum cried when Logan came to pick him up.  :)

James did the same thing, cried when Doug picked him up the first time. We also put him in early because he was ready! It is so nice when they finally get to go!

I gotta say, several of our boys have been like that. All gung ho to go to nursery...until they hit 18 months. Or even 20 months. And then it goes downhill from there. Cross your fingers that he keeps liking it! (It only took my boys a few weeks to get back in the groove.)

Oh my gosh I love my little Cal Pal. He IS a social creature! He and Mitch Man should really think about living a little bit closer! Love you!
