You know the men are in charge when.....

You know you've left the men in charge all day long when you come home and your child who is totally potty trained when he spends his days with you has a Pull-Up so full of what looks like at least 3 "accidents" that it is leaking all over his clothes and has run down his leg to soak his sock.  Yeah, I'm thinking no one thought to ask him if he needed to go potty for an entire day.  At least he had fun!  Way to go, guys.  :)
